Refund & Product Satisfaction Policy

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or store credits will be issued.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, the Client must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of pickup or delivery and provide details regarding the concern. Requests made after this 48-hour period may not be eligible for consideration.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and customer experience. When a concern is reported within the required timeframe, we will make every reasonable effort to evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, correct or resolve it to ensure our customers are satisfied with the products they receive.

Any remedy or corrective action will be determined at our discretion and does not constitute an entitlement to a refund or store credit.
